This article will walk you through how to manage your collected reviews. The ability to 'respond to reviews' and 'add reviews manually'.
All reviews that have been fetched/collected by Grab Your Reviews from all the connected review platforms are listed here.
Adding review manually
Grab Your Reviews provide you a versatile feature of adding reviews manually, by clicking on the 'Add review manually' button a popup will flash on your screen with fillable fields. Enter customer name, feedback, and date accordingly and click on the 'Add Review' button.
Just in another second manually added reviews will be listed in your reviews list with a 5-star rating.
Note: You can also delete a manually added review if you find there is some typo error or anything that is unwanted.
List of collected reviews
All reviews are shown here with a person or company name, profile picture, reviewed date, and a specific review platform with a star rating. Filter them using the 'pagination' and by 'show count' drop-down feature.
Respond to reviews
Grab Your Reviews provides you the power to respond quickly to a customer's review within your dashboard. You can respond to individual reviews by clicking on the 'Reply' button. Depending on the review platform, you will be redirected to their main webpage or to the review itself.
Respond to GMB connected google review
If you have connected your Google account using GMB with Grab Your Reviews then, you can respond to the google reviews within your Grab Your Reviews account.
Click on the reply button, which will flash a popup with a reply box. Add the response and click on the 'Send Reply' button to post it.
Responded text will be shown within that review box.
