Here you have the ability to send out individual Email/SMS review requests to your customers to gather more reviews easily for your business.
Follow the below steps to Invite Customers:
Step 1: Go the ‘Get Reviews’ tab from the dashboard.
Step 2: Click the ‘Invite Customer’ tab and select the Email or SMS checkbox as per your requirement.
Step 3: Fill up the correct customer details and then click on the invite customer details.
Step 4: Once the review requests are sent you can check it under 'Invited Customers' Campaign.
Step 5: Once the review request goes out will be shifted under the 'Invited Customers' tab.
Campaigns enable you to connect with your customer base through a series of emails or text messages. These notifications are sent out over several days, and customers have the option to opt-out if they prefer not to receive further information.
You are now ready to send out the review requests to your customers.
