This article will guide you through the steps to modify the email settings through which the email address the email review request is being sent out to customers.
Here, you can customize the things such as:
- Sender Name
- Email address at which you want to receive customer replies
- Email address of the sender
- Email address at which you want to receive email notifications
Under the ‘Sender name’ area, specify the name by which email will be received.
The default email address of the sender is set as noreply@reviewuz.com. You can modify this email address under the ‘Enter Username’ area.
Next, enter the email address at which you want to receive email notifications. You can add multiple email addresses in the same field section.
Click on the ‘Save Changes' button in the bottom right corner once you have successfully set up your preferences for review request emails.
